Holiday Party 2001

The Holiday Party 2001 featured foods from a variety of American cultures within the United States of America. From Boston, Chicago, Honolulu, New Orleans, New York, and San Francisco, we sampled our nation's favorite recipes. Associate Vice Chancellor, Dr. Ronald W. Tobin, brought us charmingly back to his own New York roots by throwing peanuts out to the audience like he did when he worked baseball games as a youth.
