The
Holiday Party 2001 featured foods from a variety of American cultures
within the United States of America. From Boston, Chicago, Honolulu, New
Orleans, New York, and San Francisco, we sampled our nation's favorite
recipes. Associate Vice Chancellor, Dr. Ronald W. Tobin, brought us charmingly
back to his own New York roots by throwing peanuts out to the audience
like he did when he worked baseball games as a youth.

talents. Also, thanks to Art, for the revolving, glittering Disco Ball
that set the ballroom mood. Thank you, Tony Mastres, for burning a CD
with city theme music; and thanks, Kevin Kelly, for expert handling of
the music portion of the event.
